Employers that hire people with a record, Buffalo - 5 weeks in

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a delivery driver before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
