Employers that hire people with a record, Boston - what worked for you?

A few employers in Boston say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
