Employers that hire people with a record, Boston - 15 weeks in

A few employers in Boston say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
