Employers that hire people with a record, Boise - what worked for you?

A few employers in Boise say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
