Employers that hire people with a record, Boise, mechanic here

A few employers in Boise say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
