Employers that hire people with a record, Boise - first time posting

A few employers in Boise say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
