Employers that hire people with a record, Boise - any advice?

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
