Employers that hire people with a record, Boise - 14 months and counting

A few employers in Boise say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
