Employers that hire people with a record, Boise - 13 months and counting

A few employers in Boise say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
