Employers that hire people with a record, Birmingham - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
