Employers that hire people with a record, Birmingham - first time posting

A few employers in Birmingham say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
