Employers that hire people with a record, Birmingham

A few employers in Birmingham say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
