Employers that hire people with a record, Birmingham - 5 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
