Employers that hire people with a record, Birmingham - 14 weeks in

A few employers in Birmingham say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
