Employers that hire people with a record, Birmingham - 13 months and counting

A few employers in Birmingham say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
