Employers that hire people with a record, Baltimore

A few employers in Baltimore say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 17 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
