Employers that hire people with a record, Austin - what worked for you?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
