Employers that hire people with a record, Austin (update)

A few employers in Austin say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 7 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
