Employers that hire people with a record, Austin - any advice?

A few employers in Austin say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 26 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
