Employers that hire people with a record, Atlanta - what worked for you?

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
