Employers that hire people with a record, Atlanta - 9 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
