Employers that hire people with a record, Albuquerque - any advice?

A few employers in Albuquerque say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 3 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
