Employers that hire people with a record, Albuquerque - any advice?

A few employers in Albuquerque say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
