Employers that hire people with a record, Albuquerque - any advice?

A few employers in Albuquerque say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
