Employers that hire people with a record, Albuquerque (Albuquerque)

A few employers in Albuquerque say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 17 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
