Distribution centre hiring near Wichita - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Wichita, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
