Distribution centre hiring near Wichita (update)

A logistics company in Wichita is adding people before the busy season. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
