Distribution centre hiring near Tulsa (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tulsa, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
