Distribution centre hiring near Tucson - any advice?

A logistics company in Tucson is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
