Distribution centre hiring near Tucson - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tucson, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
