Distribution centre hiring near Tucson - 20 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tucson, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
