Distribution centre hiring near Toledo - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Toledo, with day and night shifts. Thank you in advance. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
