Distribution centre hiring near Toledo - first time posting

A logistics company in Toledo is adding people before the busy season. It has been a long 9 weeks. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
