Distribution centre hiring near Toledo after 15 years as an IT help-desk technician

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Toledo, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
