Distribution centre hiring near Toledo - 9 months and counting

A logistics company in Toledo is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
