Distribution centre hiring near Toledo - 6 months and counting

A logistics company in Toledo is adding people before the busy season. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
