Distribution centre hiring near Tampa - first time posting

A logistics company in Tampa is adding people before the busy season. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
