Distribution centre hiring near Tampa - first time posting

A distribution centre near Tampa is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Thank you in advance. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
