Distribution centre hiring near Tampa - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tampa, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
