Distribution centre hiring near St. Louis - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near St. Louis is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
