Distribution centre hiring near St. Louis (update)

A logistics company in St. Louis is adding people before the busy season. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
