Distribution centre hiring near Spokane - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Spokane, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
