Distribution centre hiring near Spokane, paralegal here

A logistics company in Spokane is adding people before the busy season. I worked as a paralegal before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
