Distribution centre hiring near Spokane - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Spokane, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
