Distribution centre hiring near Spokane

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Spokane, with day and night shifts. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
