Distribution centre hiring near Spokane

A logistics company in Spokane is adding people before the busy season. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
