Distribution centre hiring near Seattle - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Seattle, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
