Distribution centre hiring near Seattle - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Seattle, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?
