Distribution centre hiring near Seattle, operations analyst here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Seattle, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?
