Distribution centre hiring near Seattle after 8 years as a forklift operator

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Seattle, with day and night shifts. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
